Description
This turn-key project encompassed all aspects of design, build and fit-out of the 4 star multi-storey City North Hotel, which includes 128 bedrooms, 2 banqueting suites, a bar and 15 meeting rooms catering for up to 650 people.
The Group project managed and delivered the entire project, from inception to provision of tableware, including significant site development and infrastructure, within a very tight timeframe and within budget.

Description
This unique historic boutique hotel in the heart of a picturesque Irish village , has been painstakingly restored and extended by Sammon Group, while carefully respecting the heritage within the facility. The hotel features bedrooms, bar area, restaurant, and reception areas which display the high quality of the Sammon fit-out and joinery team, while the extension to the rere, comprising additional bedrooms, function rooms, meeting spaces, and a nightclub, has been constructed to an equally high standard and has been equipped with the latest technology in renewable energy reticulation.
Car parking facilities, walkways, and all site services were also executed to exacting standards by Sammon Group.

Complete refurbishment and fit-out of bars and restaurant in this prestigious boutique hotel on the edge of Dublin. The works involved delivery and installation of bespoke joinery from our workshop in nearby Kilcock, manufactured to exacting standards, and executed to an exceptional quality.
The end-product is a fit-out of remarkable calibre, and one which compliments the unique establishment in which it resides.
