Description
The 695 sqm two-storey building consists of a large oval shaped public area with features curved counters, consultation rooms and offices at ground floor level. The first floor comprises of further meeting and interview rooms, including the board room and other ancillary staff accommodation. Sammon Group completed the construction of this Credit Union including fit-out and all associated site works within a demanding time frame. The works involved demolition of the existing two storey building and site clearance in the centre of Clondalkin Village, adjacent to the main shopping thoroughfare, as well as construction of a new bespoke premises, re-routing of primary services under the building site and public path network, and dealing with significant pedestrian and vehicular traffic management issues.
January 2010 this building has won the LAMA (Local Authority Member Association) Award for Best Commercial Building.

Zumo Juice Bar Roll-out

Description
This important project invloved the roll-out of a dozen such juice bars, all in very prominent commercial locations. Each bar was delivered to an exceptionally high standard, and provided a show-case for our bespoke craftsmanship and attention to detail. The exposure in such prominent locations resulted in several recommendations and referrals, and we were pleased to secure a number of additional fit-out contracts as a result. The delivery of multiple projects within a single timeframe assisted in securing the outstanding reputaion of Sammon in this commercial arena.

Description
This retailstore fit-out encompassed the full spectrum from mechanical and electrical, timber and glass shelving, a glass shop front, timber flooring and more.
At the Limerick store, Sammon Woodcraft were the main joinery contractors. We supplied all relevant joinery including doors, flooring, shelving and ceiling works.

Description
A mixed use development comprising 4 levels of basement, 27 floors above street level comprising 4 floors of retail and commercial space and 23 floors of residential accommodation.
This development will represent a unique landmark offering in the heart of the city's Central Business District. The delivery of this prestigious high-rise building is being undertaken by Sammon Group, who are project managing the entire process, from inception to occupancy. The exciting undertaking will utilise the full range of services within the Group, including Project Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, and Fit-out, including our bespoke joinery entity - Total Building Solution in action.
