Description
This project entailed the complete interior office fit out for Qaiwan Group and their new corporate office in Jumereirah Lake Towers.
The project features a high end office fit-out designed by All Blacks interior Designers. The scope of the works included turnkey office fit-out, including glass partitions, office partitions, full MEP refit, flooring and board room areas and complete furniture installation.

Little Sisters of the Poor

Description
Sammon Woodcraft provided fitted furniture for the new convent and care home for ‘The
Little Sisters of the Poor’ in Ferrybank, Ireland. The
new facility consists of residential apartments for single people or
couples, en-suite care rooms and accommodation for the community of
Little Sisters.
The joinery supplied by Sammon Woodcraft included: library, activity areas, wardrobes, reception desk, nurse station, bedside
lockets and chest of drawers, kitchen and shelving units.

Zayed Higher Organization for Humanitarian Care and Special Needs

Description
This project entailed the complete demolition of the interior for the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors of Zayed Higher Organization for Humanitarian Care and Special Needs offices and completely refit to modern standard.
The duration of the project was 12 weeks from start to finish. The scope of the works included new toilets, glass partitions, office partitions, full MEP refit, flooring and board room areas and complete furniture installation.

Description
Sammon Contracting worked as the main contractor for this project which comprised of a full internal fit out of Bank of Ireland's Tramore branch. The works included walls, glazed partitions, floor, wall andceiling finishes. Sammon Contracting also provided the joinery which included fitted and integrated furniture and doors. Also included M & E and security.

Dubai Modern High School – Auditorium Fit-out
Location

Description
Design and construction from a shell and core state to a fully functional modern 700 seater auditorium including full A/C distribution system, house lighting and a fully integrated audio and stage lighting system. Acoustic testing confirmed a perfect Tmf rating of 1.0 sec’s. Client was extremely satisfied with the finished auditorium which has a sharp modern design and which was delivered within an extremely fast 6 week programme.

Trinity College - Hub Building

Description
Sammon Woodcraft completed the cladding of the Trinity Long Room Hub in Trinity College in Dublin in June 2010.
The works included seminar spaces, offices and lecture theatres. Sammon’s team worked on walnut timber cladding for the entire interior of the building from basements through to the 3rd floor. Works also included shelving units, acoustic doors and fitted furniture.
This is the second fit-out project that Sammon Group completed in Trinity College Dublin; in 2006 Sammon Contracting was main contractor for fitting out a number of the lecture theatres.

Clondalkin Credit Union
Location

Description
The 695 sqm two-storey building consists of a large oval shaped public area with features curved counters, consultation rooms and offices at ground floor level. The first floor comprises of further meeting and interview rooms, including the board room and other ancillary staff accommodation. Sammon Group completed the construction of this Credit Union including fit-out and all associated site works within a demanding time frame. The works involved demolition of the existing two storey building and site clearance in the centre of Clondalkin Village, adjacent to the main shopping thoroughfare, as well as construction of a new bespoke premises, re-routing of primary services under the building site and public path network, and dealing with significant pedestrian and vehicular traffic management issues.
January 2010 this building has won the LAMA (Local Authority Member Association) Award for Best Commercial Building.

This project, situated in Drogheda, involved the fit-out and refurbishment of an existing premises for use as a night club, including the provision of new floors, bars, eating areas, and lounges. All bespoke joinery was manufactured in our workshop in Kilcock, and our fit-out team engaged in the project with considerable skill and care in the delivery of an exceptional high quality end-product. Here again, the attention to detail, which has become a cornerstone of the Group’s ethic, is evident in every aspect of the finished product.
