Design My Learning Space Live! @ BFE MENA 2011

	What: Design competition alongside Building Future Education MENA Where: Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre When: 25 & 26 October 2011

Sammon Group, along with Broadway Malyan architects are organising a design competition “Design My Learning Space Live! @ BFE MENA 2011”.

The competition will bring in pupils from primary and secondary schools in Abu Dhabi to work with architects to describe and draw a design for their own school building. It allows school children to work together with designers to express their views on their school buildings and for pupils to recommend their desired changes and improvements to their learning environment.

The pupils will work in a team and produce a hand-crafted display school model during the Building Future Education MENA exhibition in ADNEC – Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
The finished prototype will show how the right learning environment can make a real difference to children’s learning.

Judging of the top school design project at the end of each day at BFE MENA 2011 will be done by Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) together with Miceál Sammon, Founder and CEO of Sammon Group.
