Construction Begins On Villa Project Abu Dhabi

Sammon Contracting Limited Abu Dhabi has completed piling works on the first phase of the villa residential project in Mohammed Bin Zayed City, located along the Abu Dhabi – Al Ain highway in the United Arab Emirates.

Mohammed Bin Zayed City is a planned urban community of 320 acres that will, upon completion, support a population of 50,000. The master plan provides for 350 mid-rise towers, and a full complement of educational, cultural, commercial and institutional facilities.

Mohammed Bin Zayed City Towers will pioneer a new model for development, as the many owners and developers will uphold the sustainability and quality standards outlined in the master plan developed by the Abu Dhabi Municipality.
The Dhs25bn development is made possible by the vision of His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.

Sammon Contracting are scheduled to handover the keys on the first phase of this prestigious development to the new residents in April 2011.
