Job Description
Ø Preparation of Elevations, Sections and Fixing Detail drawings for submission to Architects, Engineers and Clients for approval Ø Liaise with Architects, Engineers and Clients to ensure compliance with specification and budget Ø Operate and maintain RFI system Ø Input data to fabrication software package for the production of BOM, Cutting Lists and Worksheets for use on shop floor Ø Attend site meetings or resolve technical issues on site regarding the fixings of windows, doors, curtain walling and roof lights Ø Prepare Operation and Maintenance files for each project Ø Liaise with internal company departments to ensure project programs are maintained Requirements Ø Degree qualified with 2-3 years experience in a construction or engineering environment with strong AutoCAD knowledge Ø Ability to understand and interpret information provided by Clients Ø Good time management skills Ø Knowledge and previous experience within the design and detailing of aluminum windows, doors, and curtain walling Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential
