Peter Madden FCMA Chief Financial Officer
Peter is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and brings a wealth of international experience in the development of finance structures to support the rapid growth of the Group. Peter spent 15 years with Aryzta (formerly IAWS Group), an international food group and is a former Finance Director for a number of key FMCG subsidiaries. He served as Corporate Director with responsibility for the establishment of FMCG operations in the United States through the development of joint venture arrangements and acquisitions. In 2004 Peter was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Arnott’s Holdings, a property and retail group based in Ireland, where he was responsible for a successful restructuring of the group, implementing new work practices, processes and systems.

Martin Heffernan B Arch MRIAI MAPPM Group Business Development Director
Martin is a graduate of University College Dublin’s School of Architecture with more than 30 years construction industry experience, a member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland and a Member of the Association of Professional Project Managers. His career encompasses periods at Ireland’s Office of Public Works, the Department of Education in Ireland as Manager, Professional & Technical Services and internationally as Lesotho’s Government’s Principal Architect. He has also served as a Member of the Governing Board of OECD’s Program on Educational Buildings in Paris and he was Vice-Chair of its PEB Steering Group. Martin has responsibility for Sammon Group’s global business development.

Philip McCartin MA BSc Head of Commercial
Philip holds a Masters of Arts and a Bachelors of Science in Quantity Surveying from Trinity College in Dublin. With over over 30 years experience in the construction industry, Philip was an Executive Director with Pierse Contracting a leading Irish construction company. Philip has been associated with major projects such as East Point Business Park, The Civic Offices Wood Quay, Central Park Leopardstown, Kildare Civic Offices and The Earlsfort Centre in Dublin. Philip leads the Group's commercial department where he is involved in the Schools in Rapid Developing Areas programme 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 for the Irish government.

Ray Finneran BSc MIEI Project Director Ireland
Ray has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry in Ireland and Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering. Ray is a Member of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland (MIEI) and was awarded 3rd Place CIOB Building Manager of the Year in 2005. Ray started his career as Site Engineer and in the past 15 years he gained vast experience in diverse projects including education, commercial, residential, hospitals and extensive civil engineering and road works. Ray embodies a highly competent Project Director and his successful management skills are acknowledged by Clients, architects, consultants, representatives, existing occupants and staff and contractors.

Bruce Chalmers General Manager UAE
Bruce has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry in South Africa and the UAE. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. He worked in South Africa between 1981 and 2005 where he was responsible for a series of contracts from establishment on site to handover. Bruce has worked on several government and private industry projects. Since 2005 Bruce is working in the UAE as a Director where he has been involved in the successful execution of airport, residential and education projects. Bruce is General Manager in the UAE overseeing all projects in this region.

Martin is a Chartered Accountant, registered with the South African Institute of Charted Accountants and brings to the Group extensive senior management and executive level management experience. Martin started his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has been involved in the engineering and construction industry for more than a decade. His accomplishments include the set-up of substantial construction business operations across the Middle East and North Africa. He has an established record in delivering tangible benefits through business process improvements and has successfully implemented various cost structure improvement strategies.

Ali Rashed Al Hetelah General Manager Saudi Arabia
Engineer Ali holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and has more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mr. Al Hetelah is PMP Certified, a Member of the Saudi Council of Engineers and a Member of the Green Building Institute. He started his career as a Site Engineer and in the past 17 years Eng. Ali has held many senior roles in several Saudi Arabian construction companies and gained excellent experience in projects ranging from infrastructure, buildings, roads and airports. Eng. Ali Al Hetelah possesses highly capable and in-depth corporate management and construction management skills which he gained during previous roles as General Manager for companies in Saudi Arabia.
